What can i expect in my box?

Both the Tavola + Vino and Tavola boxes are filled with a selection of specialty Italian foods and pantry items that we have carefully selected and taste-tested! All items are made in Italy and represent the cultural traditions and regional flavors of the country. Tavola + Vino subscription boxes also include a bottle of wine to complete your Italian table. Each box has a seasonal theme which is announced at the beginning of September (Fall Box), December (Winter Box), March (Spring Box), and June (Summer Box). 

Can you ship wine to my state?

Right now, we are able to ship our Tavola + Vino box to Washington, Florida, and the District of Columbia. Laws and licensing change all the time. Subscribe to our email list so you are the first to know when new states are added. Of course, we do not want to leave anyone out, which is why we offer the Tavola Box that includes everything but the wine. 

Can i send a Dalla Fonte box as a gift?

Our Italian boxes are the perfect gift for any occassion. If you would like to gift a Tavola + Vino or Tavola box, click the link below to enter your Dalla Fonte account. Be sure to use your email for order updates and your recipient’s information for shipping. Adding a gift message for your recipent will let us know that this is an order outside of your normal club subscription. 

When will my First box arrive?

New subscribers will have their orders processed within two weeks purchase. Visit our blog post, How Dalla Fonte Works, for a calendar of key dates.

When will i be charged for my subscription?

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is processed and shipped. For new members, this will be within two weeks of your first order. For existing members, this will be during the order processing period 14 days before seasonal boxes ship. 

How do i update my information?

New address or credit card? Update and manage all the details of your Dalla Fonte subscription by logging in on the home page and updating your profile information. 

How will I know my box is on the way?

All club members will receive tracking emails from Dalla Fonte once their box is shipped.  A second email will contain FedEx tracking information so you know exactly when to expect your piece of Italy.

CAn I customize my box?

Our boxes are not customizable at this time, but we are always open to recommendations. If you love a certain pesto or have been searching for the perfect tagliatelle, send us an email! We are always looking for inspiration for future items as we expand and grow. 

How do I cancel or Pause my subscription?

Although we would hate to see you go, it is possible to cancel your club subscription at any time. All subscriptions are managed in your Dalla Fonte account. Simply select cancel before the processing window for that season’s delivery. We are not able to pause subscriptions at this time.
